A lost car key can change your whole day. Start with the vehicle details so we can discuss the right options.
Have the year, make, and model ready
Vehicles use different combinations of mechanical keys, transponder chips, remote fobs, and proximity systems. Tell us which key you have, whether a working spare remains, and whether the vehicle starts. Cutting a key and programming a key are separate parts of some jobs; availability depends on the vehicle and system.
Locked out of the vehicle?
Call with the vehicle’s location and explain where the keys are. Tell us whether the vehicle is in a parking garage, behind a gate, or in a place with access restrictions. If a child, person, or animal is in immediate danger, call emergency services first.
Replacing or adding a key
A working key can help when you want a spare. If every key is missing, say so before booking. Please ask what identification and vehicle ownership documents are needed, whether your model is supported, and how the estimate accounts for cutting, programming, and the service visit.
We confirm vehicle compatibility and current availability before arranging the work. No universal key or fob compatibility is promised.
